Founded by Paola Severino and jointly organized by the Luiss School of Law and the Luiss School of Government, this Master’s program offers an innovative educational path dedicated to training professionals and experts in anti-corruption within both the public and private sectors.
Drawing on Luiss’s extensive experience in high-level executive education, the course responds to the increasing labor market demand for highly qualified professionals capable of supporting and advising companies and public administrations in developing preventive strategies, compliance systems, and corruption risk management.
The Master is structured into thematic modules that combine academic study with practical experience through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach. Given the specialized nature of the subject, the program balances traditional lectures with:
- A focus on the regulatory framework, including supranational and comparative perspectives.
- Anti-corruption guidelines, standards, and best practices for public and private organizations.
- Analysis of significant case studies and emerging trends.
- A practical "Laboratory" dedicated to drafting organizational models (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001) and anti-corruption plans (Law no. 190/2012).
