Business Law (in Italian)

The Master in Business Law aims to train legal experts by providing in-depth technical insights and practice-tested skills. The program is designed to develop well-rounded professionals capable of operating both within corporate environments and in legal practice. The entire Master’s program is built on a continuous dialectic between faculty and students, fostering an environment of constant practical exercise that directly involves every participant.

The educational path requires a strong commitment to study and active participation in lectures and foundational research. It includes intermediate and final assessments to reflect on the results achieved, serving as a genuine evaluative milestone and a hallmark of professional integrity when entering the labor market or advancing an existing career path.

Objectives

The Master’s program aims to create a specialized professional profile expert in the primary legal sectors relevant to business activities:

  • Corporate and Insolvency Law
  • Business Contracts
  • Public Procurement
  • Financial and Tax Law
  • Industrial and Competition Law

The program integrates professional content with scientific analysis. Each topic is addressed—assuming a solid academic background in the subjects—through the examination of paradigmatic cases, involving diverse perspectives and professionalisms (lawyers, judges, corporate counsel, and university professors).

Continuous practical exercises are provided (drafting of legal acts, opinions, contracts, and moot courts), as well as the preparation of short scientific essays under the supervision of tutors, researchers, and professors from CERADI – Luiss Guido Carli.
