Application procedure

Application Procedure

In order to apply to the course, applicants are required to:

  • Complete the online application form
  • Upload a copy of a valid identity document (Passport or National ID Card, where applicable)
  • Upload a detailed academic and professional CV (optional).

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for the course is EUR 1,800. An additional EUR 48 will be charged as a mandatory Revenue Taxes required by Italian Fiscal Authorities.

Institutions involving at least two participants will receive a cumulative 20% discount, irrespective of the application date. The discount applies to the overall tuition amount due for the participating institution.

Tuition fee includes:

  • Attendance to the executive course inclusive the Annual Air Law Conference to be held on 18 June 2026
  • Lunches provided by Luiss Guido Carli
  • Networking dinner on the second day of the course.

Early Bird: Applicants who apply by 30 March 2026 will receive a 10% discount on the tuition fee. 

Application deadline without early bird: 10 May 2026

Payment Procedure

Upon submission of the online application form, the system will automatically redirect applicants to the dedicated Stripe checkout page.

At that stage, applicants may:

  • Proceed directly with the payment of the tuition fee (plus the EUR 48 registration fee) via Stripe (preferable); or
  • Submit the application without completing the payment.

Submitting the application without immediate payment does not affect enrollment. In this case, the Secretariat of the Luiss School of Law will contact the applicant directly to provide further instructions regarding the payment procedure.

Payment by Individuals or Companies

The tuition fee and the registration fee may be paid by:

  • A natural person (individual participant); or
  • A legal entity (company, law firm, organization, or institution).

If participation is sponsored by a company or organization, applicants may indicate the relevant billing details directly within the application form. The Secretariat will subsequently contact the applicant and issue the invoice accordingly.

In the case of company-sponsored participation, payment may be completed:

  • Through Stripe at the end of the application process; or
  • By bank transfer as indicated in the invoice provided by Luiss Guido Carli

If an individual participant completes the payment via Stripe, the official invoice will subsequently be issued and sent by email by the Secretariat.

Important Notice (Visa Applicants)

Please note that full payment of the tuition fee and the registration fee is required before Luiss University can issue any supporting documentation necessary for entry visa applications, where applicable.
