Current and Future Developments in International Air Law

To be held between 15-18 June 2026, this intensive four-day executive program offers an advanced executive training concerning the most recent legal, regulatory, and financial frameworks governing the global aviation industry. Jointly organized by the School of Law, Luiss Guido Carli in Rome and the Institute of Air and Space Law (IASL) at McGill University in Montreal, the course bridges the gap between traditional public and private international air law and the rapidly evolving landscape of technological/digital innovation and aircraft financing. Participants in this intensive training will also benefit from complimentary access to the Studio Legale Pierallini Annual Air Law Conference, an exclusive forum bringing together global experts shaping the future of aviation law to be held in Rome between 18-19 June 2026.
