Winter Academy on International Arbitration
The first day of the Winter Academy on International Arbitration has officially kicked off. This five-day program, organized by Luiss School of Law in collaboration with the CIDS Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement in Geneva, offers advanced training on key issues in international commercial and investment arbitration.
The Academy brings together leading arbitration partners from top international law firms, combining high-level technical insight with a strong focus on career development in the field. Each session opens with an interview led by the Director Prof. Zachary Douglas, exploring the speaker’s professional path, the skills required to succeed in international arbitration, and an inside look at law firm hiring processes, followed by an interactive Q&A.
The first day concluded with a networking aperitif hosted by Freshfields at their Rome office - a great opportunity to connect with practitioners and fellow participants. Looking forward to the next days of discussions, learning, and exchanges.
