The course is organized in a modular structure that combines the analysis of the point of view of the protagonists of the regulatory production cycle with the thematic deepening of two specific content areas.
Lessons will be held in Italian.
The two points of subjective observation respectively consist of legal provisions and amendments proposed drafting activities from parliamentary and governmental institutions.
The two thematic areas focus on the provisions of:
- public finance
- implementation of EU law.
A substantial part of the teaching takes place in the computer room, so as to simulate practical cases and to work on real situations.
