The master is designed to train professionals able to define trade union policies and to manage staff offices, with full knowledge of legal issues in the labor field, and to relate to workers' organizations, trade associations, authorities and institutions related to the world of production (INPS, Inail, Provincial and Regional Labor Directorates, etc).

Lessons will be held in Italian.
