The advanced course is designed to train experts in law and management of intellectual property.
Lessons will be held in Italian.
The teaching aims to provide the essential notions and to examine the main issues related to intellectual property, competition and communications, with specific regard to the respective legal protection instruments. In particular, the focus is on the analysis of the opportunities for managing intangible assets and exclusive rights tout court as sources of value, as well as on their protection for the pursuit of innovation identity and image interests of companies in view of a proper economic competition.
The Course is the first of the three modules of the Second Level University Master's Degree in Competition Law and Innovation.
Enrollment is permitted both in the entire Master's program and in the Specialization Course.
