Objectives: The management of new technologies needs lawyers no less than it needs computer programmers and engineers. The master aims to train a lawyer capable of closing the gap between technical issues and ethical-legal challenges, being able to master the functioning of new technologies (and the related risks) as well as the related regulatory and ethical perimeter.
Credits: 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System).
Diploma: Master of Law (LL.M.) in Law, Science and Technology Master universitario di primo livello.
Duration of Program: one academic year.

Classes: from March 2023
In order to foster the participation of professionals and graduates, classes are, except possible variations, held:
- Fridays, all day (08:30 am-12:30 pm; 02:00 pm -06:00 pm)
- Saturdays, morning. (08:30 am – 12.30pm)
Workshops, seminars and additional events accompany the lectures, with the participation of experts who interactively present their work experience and careers.
