The program accepts students of all nationalities, selected according to the following criteria:
- Academic merit: the quality and coherence of the university career, as shown by the academic documents and the CV
- Motivation: each applicant must send a motivation letter explaining why and how the participation in the master program will help him/her to achieve his/her personal, educational and professional ambitions.
This is a specialised Masters degree. Italian and EU students must have a Laura Magistrale or equivalent (for instance, a three year undergraduate degree plus a masters or combined undergraduate-masters programme). Students from other countries should have the equivalent. Candidates aiming at receiving a final Master of Law (LL.M) mention as part of their final title are required to have a Law undergraduate degree.
