Last Friday, students from the Master's in Food Law visited Iacoangeli Winery in Genzano for an immersive learning experience that brought Food Law beyond the classroom.
The visit gave us a chance to explore the legal, regulatory, and sustainability aspects of the wine sector and to see the production process and the challenges businesses face in a highly regulated industry.
Experiential learning is a key component of the programme, allowing students to connect academic knowledge with professional practice and engage directly with the realities of the agri-food sector.
