Summer School on International Trade and Food Law: applications for a.y. 2025/2026 are now open

The  Summer School on International Trade and Food Law provides an in-depth and practice-oriented analysis of contemporary trade relations in the agri-food sector, with a specific focus on the European Union’s commercial partnerships with some of its most strategic global counterparts.

The core of the program is dedicated to the study of trade agreements between the European Union and key partners, including the United States, Canada, China, Japan, and the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Through a comparative legal approach, participants will examine how these agreements address market access, regulatory cooperation, geographical indications, sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures, sustainability clauses, and dispute settlement mechanisms in the food sector.

Applications for a.y. 2025/2026 are now open.
