Founded by Paola Severino, the Master in Corporate Criminal Law is an educational initiative designed to promote an integrated approach to the study of corporate law issues. It combines in-depth analysis of key substantive legal areas—such as commercial law, insolvency law, tax law, and financial markets law—with a rigorous examination of criminal law regulations.
Objectives
The curriculum aims to train modern legal experts specialized in corporate criminal law who are capable of collaborating with experts across various sectors. The program responds to the growing demand for professionals with specific legal and compliance expertise dedicated to managing "criminal risk" associated with the activities of complex organizations.
Lessons will be held in Italian.
