The School of Law has been founded to provide graduates in Law with additional training in view of participating in competitions for the practice of legal professions (judiciary, lawyers and notaries). The School is now offering an innovative methodological approach that combines the need to strengthen the thematic areas most directly covered by the competition tests, with the aim of offering interactive teaching tools, focused on law case studies.
Lessons will be held in Italian.
The goal of this training is to achieve a sort of "re-engineering" of knowledge, starting from the practical case until it gets to the construction of a theoretical scheme that marks the essential points.
Strong is the conviction that such a method can lead, on the one hand, to the refinement of the students' processing abilities for the purpose of framing the insolvency questions in the most appropriate theoretical areas and macro-areas. On the other hand, it helps in developing skills in legal professions.
In this regard, the School has signed agreements with various Institutions with the aim of bringing students closer to a professional context. Examples of Istitution which collaborates with Luiss School of Law are: the State Council, the National Anti-Mafia Directorate, the Attorney General's Office at the Court of Appeal of Rome, the Courts of Rieti, Civitavecchia, Viterbo.
