Chinese law: commercial law and business contracts (in Italian)

The course aims to provide the indispensable theoretical and practical tools that the lawyer must have to operate in the business law of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Teaching provides for a necessary introduction to the Chinese system and then focuses on the most important legal issues, in order to allow the practitioner a concrete start-up to the legal system of the PRC.

From the first lessons, materials will be provided and analyzed with the aim of creating a practical approach to the topics studied that integrates the theoretical and didactic information covered in the lessons.

The course is sponsored by the Italy China Foundation.

For the a.y. 2017/2018 the course received 16 ordinary educational credits form the Council of the Bar Association of Rome.
